    Driver was from Poland and very unfriendly. He would not let me board the bus or explain why I cannot board the bus to go from Belarus to Poland via Brest Terespol. He said Australian citizens are not allowed into Schengen area without a visa because the Poland border control may give him a fine as I'm not allowed into Poland.. but it's visa free 90 days. I've been to Schengen area and Poland in the past. He was unhelpful..left the bus to go inside to the Brest Centralniy when I tried to talk to him to understand what the issue is and then came back to the bus and drove off without me. He told me to look for another bus and offered no solutions. Apparently there is a better way to go via Lithuania for non EU citizens to enter Schengen area from Belarus but no one told me. I want a refund for my ticket because the bus left without me and Infobus EU did not tell me anything before my trip..even when I added my New Zealand passport in the online order 2 weeks ago. If I'm not allowed to cross into Poland from Belarus at Terespol because I'm not a EU citizen..why sell me the ticket's and take my money. After 2 weeks..there was plenty of time to email me or call and explain any issues or cancel the ticket and offer a refund. I also have another ticket Brest - Terespol from April which was cancelled by Infobus and I'm waiting for a refund. Thank you.

    Guys, honestly, if you cancel the bus, send out the info asap. There was no notification coming from the carrier. No info whatsoever at the ticket office at the Warsaw Central Bus station. There we were 4 passengers left on our own on the platform and frantically trying to figure out what to do next with that major leg of the journey falling out... Trips get cancelled, passengers must be kept informed!

    The bus never came to pick me up, I just got a message to request the refund for the full ticket without being informed how to process and claim this refund, horrible service!!!

    The driver was friendly and helpful.

    The duration of the trip was much, much longer than stated in the timetables. It is because of the waiting times at the border. It is not the carrier's fault.
