  • The selected route followed a secondary road towards Katowice Airport, which proved unsuitable due to heavy truck traffic and ongoing roadworks. Unfortunately, this type of vehicle is not appropriate for such conditions, as even minor manoeuvres (including roundabouts or maintenance spots) cause excessive and uncomfortable body movements. Additionally, the driving style was aggressive and unsafe, creating a sense of insecurity among passengers and leading to noticeable discomfort throughout the journey. We adhered to the timetable precisely, arriving at our destination earlier than planned.
