Hi i did travel many times in Euroline from Holland to Berlin i got these problems every time ,
1. they don't on wifi in bus.
2. They don't have soep in toilet.
3 They always have problem with their scanner to scan my ticket code when thdy scan they said that no we don't find your ticket then every time i feel thread then later thdy check my name in the list then they found and said me ok you can go in why ?
4. They always keep front first 3 or 4 lines for their friends that one man can sleep in 4 seats and they showed us that is reserved these seats but only one two or three persons on 12 seats or more.
These are drawbacks on Your company.
So the good thing is that they reached on time always. I hope you will solve these problems whose i mentioned up thanks a lot.
I am infact totally upset. No returns given even after sending cancellTion request . Booking psge it was mentioned that there is refund. I had to canvel due to genuinne reasonbas my visa got rejected. My reservation reference is 2684776
The bus came from the station 30 minutes later, that's why we were late 30 minutes to the destination point.
It was quite cold and no WIFI as well.

The bus was 45 minutes later.I called eurolines 3 times, nobody said me,where is the bus.Last operaror answered there are no bus for today, I can offer you only tomorrow or make refund!!I was already going to bye railway tickets,when the bus appeared

Worst experience ever! the bus was 3.5 hours late at the beginning without notice they were delaying the time more and more.They were also switching the departure lanes without notifying us ..it was terrible
