This was the worst experience I have ever had traveling to Ukraine by bus. First of all, russian music was playing throughout the entire journey, even though we were traveling through Ukrainian territory. This was extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable. Secondly, instead of dropping me off at the bus station in Ivano-Frankivsk, the driver dropped me off about 300 meters away from the station, on the highway, in complete darkness, near a cemetery, during curfew. I was left there alone with a huge suitcase. This was completely unacceptable and made me feel unsafe. I will never use your transportation services again.

Șoferii au fost destul de amabili șofer vesel și glumeț "Dmn Vasile" , unicul minus care a fost era priza lîngă întrare nu ca de obicei cum sunt la toate autocarele sub scaune în rest sunt mulțumit de călătorie ,din Poznan ne-am pornit la 09:00 in Bălți am ajuns 08:00 rapid.

Busul nu a fost la Gara de SUD, nu am fost informat despre schimbarea locatiei, solicit returnarea banilor.
