Before I purchased the tickets it was clearly stated the bus goes through Poland and will arrive at 5 am to Brno. However they took us through the Hungarian border and I had to spend 19 hours for travelling. Why no one informed us before the trip? When we called to customer care on 775 300 611 - lady dropped the phone down and they explained they always go that way. I was late for school because of incorrect information of that carrier. Very dissappointing!
Price was not suitable to service but i would like to appreciate the driver. He was so incredibly nice and kind. He was friendly, helped me and called me when arrived to Ostrava. Five stars for the driver :)
Actually it was quite a good trip. I was travelling from Lviv to Krakow, we reached Krakow 2h before our plan BUT! WI-FI didn't work, there was not enough plugs in the bus for everyone. The movie that they put on during the journey was so laud that we couldn't sleep.
