OOO "ГУД ТАЙМ ТУР"

Waste of money. I was unable to locate their bus at the Tbilisi central station. Obviously they don't stop at the main platform where all other regular buses and mashrutkas stop but they use another location to pick up passengers. It is however not clear where this location is. The local staff at Tbilisi central station have never heard of "Good Time Tour" and were unable to provide any advice. When calling the help line indicated on my ticket had I got no help. The lady I spoke to said she was unable to reach the bus operator at that hour (being 6:40 am or so) and promised to call me back with more information later which she never did. Eventually I had to purchase (a 2nd) ticket with another local company to take me to Yerevan on the same day. This was ONE THIRD of the price I had previously paid online to Good Time Tour for the same journey. I wasted EUR 30 by making this mistake. The Company is arguing I intentionally ignored their bus driver at the central station when asked to board the bus which is a non-sense. I spent good 30 minutes looking for their bus before giving up. I feel I've been totally ripped off.
