Booked a bus from Prague to Zurich on 31/05/16. Ticket issued said that the carrier was by TOURBUS and the bus departs at 2100. Reached the terminal and there was no bus operated by TOURBUS for that time and route and the counter was closed. Luckily the Florenc bus station information informed me of two other buses which leaves for Zurich at 2100 and i was probably booked on one of them. Had to run up and down the terminal to ask the buses. In the end, the bus company which i was booked on was apparently called Vistnov and i managed to get to my destination. Please inform your customers properly which company you are booked on and give the right information.
