    Although my name was on the list, bus driver demanded I print my ticket. Sales lady at the ticket counter didnt understand English. She didnt print. Bus driver kept asking for a printout 15 minutes before departure. Finally a young lady who could speak English went to the office and got my printout. Besides that, everything else was good. Such bus drivers need to improve their Customer service skills.
