    At 16:20 the bus was scheduled to depart, yet we remained at the bus station until 16:40, and the bus never arrived. At the same time, the information board indicated that this bus was supposed to depart at 16:20 from platform 4, but at 16:21 the information disappeared from the display. We were at the address indicated in the ticket, and if the bus departed from another location, there was no information about this in the ticket.
