Comfortable trip

The bus was very comfortable, with bathroom (when working), charger points (no USB, only EU sockets) and tea/coffee provided. But we were held up for 11 hours on the border by the Ukrainian customs team, as later transpired, due to the bus drivers allegedly attempting to smuggle some illegal goods. As soon as the issue became apparent, the customer service broke down completely. The bus drivers or the hostess did not provide a single update or apology to the passengers. Eventually the bus toilet stopped working, the water for tea and coffee ran out and the passengers, which included children and elderly, were effectively held hostage, not being allowed to switch buses. All this time not a single update was provided. The hostess, who was most obliging with tea/coffee and general updates earlier, claimed to be uninformed and showed zero initiative until pressed by passengers - for example when the water ran out she simply said she didn't know where the drivers kept the spare bottle instead of proactively contacting drivers; only when passengers insisted, she messaged the driver who came out from the building and retrieved a fresh bottle from the boot of the bus. The drivers would not answer their phones or speak to passengers. Only when the passengers took the matter into their own hands and spoke with customs staff who eventually allowed transfer to another bus with available seats, the drivers miraculously turned up and started driving, without having said a word to the passengers. I sincerely hope that the company makes better effort at screening their staff and ensure that only people with sufficient level of integrity are hired. Whilst the journey was otherwise good, I would be very hesitant to book another trip with them, especially when I saw similar feedback from another passenger about being delayed through no fault of the passengers.

The bus service was already perfect.

Kyiv - Warsaw 05.06.2026 (Bus Kyiv - Tallinn) As always - top level ! It was a double-decker with panoramic roof and in summer it’s hot and to make it comfortable the air conditioning was on maximum affordable low temperature and it was really cold on the top deck. The chairs are uncomfortable. But these all are the disadvantages of the bus producer, not a carrier !

The bus was late for 2.5h.
