The bus is very nice and has a USB charging option and a toilet (!) and the staff were really nice and friendly as well. Will choose them again if I go on another bus trip!

Although the reason I had to travel was sad, it was the fastest, best and most comfortable trip from Kyiv to Riga. I was especially pleased that we arrived in Riga without delay, even a little earlier. I had a front seat and could see with what care and friendship the crew members treat each other. The same goes for the passengers: we were given pillows and blankets and served coffee twice. And the bus had such a fun numberplate 3333

My TransTempo bus arrived on time to Warsaw Chopin Airport. Comfy bus, great drivers and staff. Free WiFi that works well, and tea and coffee on board. Reasonably clean toilet with hand washing basin. When it comes for such a long journeys, the cleanness of toiles is rather on whose who use them, so no complains. There is a mistake in the schedule times however, but that could be on the Infobus side. If the bus leaves at 1:30 am from Warsaw and the travel time stated is 12 hours (as per Infobus web site) there is no way it can be in Zhytomir at 11:20 am as it was written in my tickets. The bus arrived at around 2pm and there were no delays on the route.

Great! On time, efficient, very friendly and understood multiple languages. Bus had reliable wifi and fairly comfortable. Only one charger per two seats. Free hot drinks but not cold water.

The service and timing was very good, I can only recommend.
