    I had a very unpleasant experience on a trip from Vilnius to Warsaw. I bought my ticket on infobus.eu based only on the schedule, and there were no restrictions mentioned regarding nationality.

    During boarding, the conductor reacted negatively to my Belarusian passport, made inappropriate comments about the carrier being Ukrainian and the war, and even took my passport to the driver without explanation. In the end, she said they would “make an exception” and allow me on board, which was confusing and disrespectful since I had a valid ticket like everyone else.

    This felt discriminatory and unprofessional. I would not recommend this service.
