The problem is that I specifically chose a bus without transfers, with wifi and a toilet. There were few of us, so at first we traveled by a small bus, and then we changed. The wifi was only turned on in Poland. The toilet was opened to check if there was anyone at the border, that's all. Overall, my trip was okay, but I would like to have what is written on the website about the trip for the money I pay.

Amazing service, the drivers are very professional, The trip was safe, this is the best marker for me. Highly recommended! Came on time or even early. The bus was very clean.

Szybki dojazd na lotnisko w Warszawie. W autobusie cieplo. Ekipa fajna, przyjazna.

Due to my flight 6-hours delay I couldn't get the bus, I informed the company and asked if I can get some partly refund because due to the InfoBus rules I was eligible to get 25% refund. The customer support refused and blocked me in the messenger.

I strongly don't recommend this company.
