All good!

The seat allocation is not fair to say the least. If you purchase online, be prepared to seated in very uncomfortable left over seats, somewhere at the back. The drivers hold the best seats for "their favourite" passengers.

Good service. Didn’t stop too much, and picked up on time.

I will not travel by bus out of Ukraine again!. The bus was OK, the driver adequate. The problems began on the border!!!!!

The bus was fourth in the queue it took 2 hours to gwt out of Ukraine; we then had to wait a long time to get to Polish immigration. The immigration staff were not helpful (I hold a UK passport) Upon completion of all passport and baggage inspection, we were asked to go outside to join the bus, however, the bus was taken for inspection and we stood outside in 0Degrees for 2 hours without explanation or opportunity to go back into a warm building. All local staaff were surly, unhelpful and uncaring. This was totally disgusting and as EU funds these border sites they should sanction the people and government office in charge. The bus w.

as finally released and departed, the time was 1 hour after my scheduled time of arrival for Krakow airport. fortunately the roads were clear early morning and I was still able to reach the airport with 30 minutes to spare at check-in. Overall this was a terrible experienc and I demand that somebody should report this trip to the EU and polish immigration office, and certainly provide me and fellow passengers with apology, explanation and compensation

It was terrible. It took 10 hours to cross the border. Of course this was not the fault of the company although I'm wondering if they couldn't have chosen a different border post. The driver mumbled and I couldn't really understand him. (This was not all language barrier. The person next to me couldn't understand him either.) The vehicle was quite comfortable. It was heated. It was fairly cramped but I'm not a big person so I was okay.

Bus was late (about 45min) but no-one warn us... apart from that it was a nice ride.

I am so disappointed.
