The departure of our bus was delayed by 2 hours due to the fact that there were over 10 tickets more sold to passengers than the overall nr of seats available in the bus!
As a result, the bus station and the people who weren't able to enter the bus blocked the bus until the problem was resolved. We were sitting in the bus and they were standing in the frost of around -15 C for 2 hours!
Although I don't recommend anybody to use the services of this company, I also want to emphasize that while one of the drivers was completely passive in that situation, the other one was really trying hard to resolve the situation and proposed some solutions - thank you for that!

Our bus wasn't allowed to cross the Polish boarder. The bus went back into Ukraine and we were left at the boarder without any information about what was going to happen. If it wasn't for my own initiative, we would have missed our flights in Poland. Very bad experience.
