  • The bus was 1 hour late and I never made it to my destination on this bus due to the 30 hour wait at the Polish border. The bus operator knew of the long wait but never informed ahead of time. The bus driver refused to reimburse me even though I paid in cash. I had to go find another bus and pay again.
