Thank you for a safe trip.

This trip was very disappointing. I had to call several times to find where the bus could pick me up from Reni (UA). On the ticket is mentioned one pick-up point, but I had to wait on the roadside to be picked up. Thanks that I called 2 days prior, otherwise I would have missed my trip by waiting at the station mentioned on the ticket. Also, the departure hour on the thicket was incorrect, I had to wait 1 hour longer on the roadside to be picked up. The correct departure hour from RENI is 22:00, not 21:00 as it was mentioned on the phone.

Also, it is not very clear when you purchase the ticket on your website if the language is included in the price. I had to pay 180 UAH extra to the drivers in Bucharest. Honestly, for the prices you charge for this trip, the services are very poor and inadequate. I hope you work on improving it.

Initially the travel it start well. In the buss next stops it were accepted on board more passengers than the available places. Much too many laguagges it were placed and it fully blocked the acces way inside buss (between the sitting places). This it was indeed unnacceptable, and a big issue in case of an eventual emergency buss evacuartion. I was very surprised and quite scarred by the fact I have experienced, that only one driver it drove the buss on its whole more than 900km route. It seems to me that the driver it had a kind of assistent the whole route on board, but I could not see this supposed assistent to drive the buss on no any route portion. The one and only (same) buss driver, looked to me quite tired in the mornings hours, but he continued to drive the buss further. This I consider as a very dangerous event, and it is obviously agains the laws all all over the world. It seems such practice of only one driver for long distance buss routes is allowed in this buss company... This is indeed very regratable, a seriosus security issue, and very dangerous for passangers. In this case we were lucky to arrive at the destination in good conditions... The driver was good indeed for such long distance buss driving performance.

By the way, even thought the buss it was equiped with air conditioning system, this it was working only on ventilation (no cooling or cabin temperature regulating whatsoever). Hopefuly, the trip it was on the night, so the inside temperature it was enough acceptable...

Very good bus journey, from Odesa to Bucharest. Bus stops about every 3 hours for a break,and we also arrived 1 hour early. Cheap and comfortable.
