Everyrhing was excellent, except for the driver that drove us from budapest to belgrad, He drove very bad, way too fast for the weather conditions.

Very nice and helpful staff, drivers spoke English well and communicated everything perfectly, felt very safe while driving.
Seats were reserved, bus clean and comfortable, frequent bathroom breaks, careful handling of luggage. Perfect vehicle for a 16hr trip.

Where should i begin? The carrier was overbooked and the owner came (we were sitting at the back) and requested to move "half butt-cheek" to the left in order a 6th person to be sitted. Then, arround 2 a.m, the time when the wolves come out, the gearbox failed and we had to wait 3 hours for a bus to come and collect us! Finally, due to the delay, we missed the train and we were forced to buy new tickets.

We arrived on time and save in Athens. My critique is that the bus driver was often smoking in the bus and had his music rather loud & the bus WC was used for storage. Also after we bought the bus tickets we booked an hotel near the bus station to not have a long way with our luggage but later the location was changed and we had to manage a 4km distance to the new place where the mini bus was leaving.

Everything is perfect with the bus- excellent interiors, free coffee/ drinks, a toffee, perfectly on time. You need to change the bus and get into a minivan as soon as you reach Belgrade. Everything is picture perfect unless you are a non-EU citizen since the drivers/ the local office in Belgrade curse you on your face if you are one since they need to do the border crossing designated for non-EU citizens and you can see their anger and frustration. I am not going to use them unless I am travelling within the Schengen area. It keeps you frustrated and without much of a support from the drivers who can’t speak English.
