Very good, nice staff, good WiFi all the way. Infobus adviced that arrival time was 0600 in the morning but we arrived 2 hours ahead of schedule. Would recommend!

Be careful, trips to Budapest are done in a separate segment and not with the main bus.

It's acceptable, some of the workers don't speak english

The bus had a broken wheel in the last hour of the trip, which resulted in a delay of 1,5 hours. But when we finally had to stop, a new bus arrived quite quickly.

Another thing that disrupted my travels: the bus drivers wouldn't let me use the free seats (as long as they are free) to take more space to sleep. Even when i explained to them, that of course I would change seats again if/as soon as more people get into the bus. That shortened my sleep a lot, since they came by to argue so may times.

Busfahrer waren sehr unfreundlich und unflexibel. Sie sprachen kein Englisch und waren nicht sehr bemüht über die Reise zu informieren zum Beispiel über Pausenzeiten oder wann wir an Grenzen kommen. Die ganze Nacht liefen wirre Filme nur mit griechischen Untertitel.

Busfahrer sprachen kein Englisch, waren nicht flexibel und unfreundlich.

Durchgehend liefen Filme, sodass schlafen schwierig war.

Bus ist kaputt 30 Minuten weitergefahren ohne uns zu informieren, was los ist.

The lady from Budapest who arrange the ticket was very nice and friendly. Maybe her name was Suzanna. A minibus took me to Belgrade where I could catch the bus.
