  • We traveled from Uzhhorod to Lviv. The bus was small and uncomfortable. It was not the same type of bus that the company advertises on its website. The seats were broken, and passengers were standing in the cabin, which caused inconvenience for seated passengers, including myself. We arrived late at our destination.

  • Arrived in Kyiv nearly an hour late. No toilet on bus though plenty of stops en route. No WiFi available. Fairly comfortable ride.

  • Very rude driver. Very aggressive driving, including breaking the speed limit (going over 100 in a 50 km/h zone), dangerous overtaking, not stopping for pedestrians at pedestrian crossings. Wifi didn't work.

  • Almost perfect bus - comfortable, heated, reclining seats, charging. Some seats didn’t recline so I had to switch. But driver was professional. A 5 hour car ride and this bus took 7 hours.
