Good ride.

I have travelled with this carrier las week and here are the real facts: the bus had an oil leakage and was breaking down all the way, the drivers took more people than there were the set so ppl started to fight for their places, no updates from the drivers on the stop timing, no regulations and generally the service was bad comparing to the other carriers.

not functioning toilets and no wet tissues, really disgusting and unhygienic

(-) Avtobys starenkuu, pruixalu z zapiznennjam v 4 hodunu (z vunu kordony i ne vodiiv), tyalet hrjaznuu staruu bez vodu i papery ...( no comments ..!!), WiFi e tilku jak nazva meregi v telefoni i ne bil6she ... (visytniu zvjazok povnistyu - neznayu nasho pusatu/kazatu sho WiFi e jaksho vin ne pracyue ..!!??), rozetki (odna) des6 e ale to tiki jak vujasnutu v shofera de ta rezeka e ....

Zahal6ne vragennja - mohlo-bu bytu krasche!! e kydu "rostu" !! shkoda tiki sho DYGE povilno "rostem" ...

We travelled from Lviv to Warsaw on May 23, 2017. Stated times: 00:15 departure, 07:50 arrival.

When we asked the driver if we could really expect to arrive by 8:00, he laughed, saying they usually arrive “sometime around 9-10”, and that “we’ve thought of changing” the posted times. Yes, they’ve THOUGHT about it.

It is unacceptable to publish arrival times that are known to be wrong.

We effectively arrived at the bus station in Warsaw at 10:40.
