Hayreniq Tour

The driver was driving very fast and sometimes unsafely. The police even gave him a ticket. He was also smoking inside the van while driving. He also complained that we had to stop for our visa issuance at the border. Which was basically 5mins

The driver was very experienced, drove carefully and fast enough. The trip went very well, we had just 1 stop (15-20 mins) during whole the duration (4.5-5 hours)

There was a 20-minute delay at the beginning, we needed to wait quite much at the border, stopped for early dinner for half an hour and got stuck in the traffic, but we were on time. The quality of the Armenian roads in the mountains is truly in a good shape and the driver also knows this - he drove crazily, though with the seat belt fastened, I felt safe.

This was the worse trip that I had in my entire life. The driver doesn’t know where to pick up the passengers and where to make a stop. We’we been waiting 1,5 hours more than it was excepted

The van was not in a perfect State. The seat was broken . We were not confortable in the van.

The driver drove very fast and not smootly .

The car was in good condition, but the driver was very grumpy and ill-tempered!

We thought we were booking a larger 12-15 seater bus. Turns out it is luck of the draw and we were placed in a 7 and 8 seater, the later being quite small and cramped. None of the drivers speak any English making communication with them difficult, with them getting quickly annoyed at small things.

Pick up and drop off locations are a little inconvenient, with the return to Yerevan being a carrefour car park in Tbilisi and dropped off 30 minutes walk away from the city centre on a roundabout.

We also paid 10,000AMD per trip, with others paying 2000AMD for the same service. So we definitely paid much more than the value of transfer.

We had 2/3 stops during the trip for 15/20 minutes, which were at nice locations with food and bathrooms.

The drivers will only wait 15 minutes for the last passenger if they run into any issues at the border, with them leaving you there to figure things out if you take longer than this.

Both trips were advertised at 5 and 6 hours, the outbound took 6 hours and the return took 7 hours.

The drivers will drive the local way, as if they were in the WRC and this would make many a little car sick.

Good driver, good service

I was constantly thinking that we were going to have an accident. The driver did not respect the speed limit. He was speeding and passing cars in a very dangerous ways, even when there was absolutly no visibility. Putting many lifes in danger. I shared my feelings with an armenian guy who also was in the van and he agreed that it was not normal the way of driving of the driver

It is not the normal way of driving in this region. I am doing the way back with another driver and company and he drives way safer.

Die Abfahrtszeit, die eingerichtete längere Pause sowie die Ausstattung des Fahrzeuges sind sehr gut zu bewerten. Jedoch hat uns der Fahrer ganz schön viel Angst mit seinem Fahrstil gemacht. Aber vielleicht ist das in dem Land so. Bestimmt.
