We have got an answer from carrier that on the 23.10.20. at 19:20 they sent you a message with information about the bus (color, registration plate), phone number to the driver and with information that the driver will call you.
These datas were sent to phone number what you writed in your order.
When the driver tried to call you on this number, some person answered, that does not going anywhere.
Unfortunately refund in this case is not possible.
