The worst travelling ever. The company sold double tickets for one seat so when we were to get in the bus the driver told us there are no seats for our already 9 bought tickets. We were supposed to sit on the flor 12 hours from Skopje to Zagreb in dirty bus. Also the bus was late 1:30 hours on departure time, and the drivers were smuggling cioggarettes.

As far as we were told, you did not came to bus in Skopje. Since you were not on board, the driver deleted your tickets and resold them to other passengers.
He could do it, because your rules in the tickets say: "If the passenger misses the bus, the ticket is no more relevant and
can be sold to another client"
So, when you caught up with the bus and boarded it in the city of Kumanovo - there were no free seats for you.
In such cases, we recommend you arrive at the place of departure of the bus in good time

Unfortunately this is not true, the driver is lying. The agency from Kumanovo called them and asked us to board in Kumanovo instead of Skopje, and they knew that very well. Unfortunately, we did not miss the bus (although since the driver asked us to smuggle cigarettes for him across the border, we could have reported him to the police, but we did not do that because in that case we would have stayed at the border). We were not the only case of a double ticket sold ... there was another man who was supposed to board in Kumanovo. Your evacuation is shameful and you should actually be reported to the police, which I think I will do, because as I see it, you are not in the apartment to apologize for the shameful act.
