Driver was very rude he never stop for toilet break he just throw bag

I was my secound trip with infobus. First trip was normal. Secound was terrible. So rude driver and no any heating in bus, it was -15 that night!

Vehicle was good and comfortable. I was able to charge my phone during the journey. Driver stopped in various places so the passengers could buy food and drinks & for toilet break as well. Overall, I was happy with the experience.

Bus run relaiable. And 2time brakes made passengers relax. Driver stapped central city area for me. I was really happy. Thank you.

I would not repeat the trip by this bus from Lviv to Kiev... first of all - the information given where the bus Stop is not right, neither on the map, neither on the ticket, secondly - it was late for 30min, third - the information given through the phone was mixed and the tone was not nice. Fourth - I understand that driving at night is dangerous and needs a lot of strength to driver, but should all the bus listen for the radio?

First of all ot was not a bus, it was a 10 persons minibus like mercedes splinter. It should be noted before i go on a 600km trip. Driver riding so dangerous and fast, we arrived to lviv at 03:30 but it should be 05:00. It was impossible to sleep due to the drivers gas and brake routines. That was a horrible trip.

Small Mini-bus with a good driver. The bus stop at Lviv is not marked, but is right next to the big bus station so it's easy to find.

Not bad bus, ıt can improve. Maybe it can be more smart bus and comfortable bus.

Bus with good machinery and good driver. But the loading bay in Lviv is terrible - there was NO indication of which bus I should take
