The bus was held up for more than 12 hours at the border and arrived more than 6 hours later than scheduled at Krakow Airport. I had to rebook my flight and overnight in a hotel., which cost me $500. The drivers are supposed to know which crossings are working properly and which ones are not and should change their route accordingly. Thsy should also give passengers the option of crossing the border by foot, where tney can then get on a train to reach their destination on time. Автобус затримали на кордоні більш ніж на 12 годин, і він прибув до аеропорту Кракова із запізненням понад 6 годин від графіка. Мені довелося перебронювати квиток на літак і ночувати в готелі, що коштувало мені 500 доларів. Водії повинні знати, які пункти пропуску працюють належним чином, а які — ні, і відповідно змінювати маршрут. Також вони мали б надавати пасажирам можливість перетнути кордон пішки, щоб потім сісти на поїзд і вчасно дістатися до місця призначення.

Comfortable ride. Very calm. There were not many people so there was possibly to have more space.

Everything was perfect! The staff was very caring and the vehicle was in a perfect condition! Djakuju!

The Bus has technical issues in Lublin city …time was about at 9:30 … and bus couldn’t continue the journey…..i have on that date fly from warsaw airport at 11:40 gate close … so i steped down and took a Taxi to the airport..cost me 700 zolot polish curancy .. i need a compensation for paying taxi … Автобус має технічні проблеми в місті Люблін ... Час був приблизно о 9:30 ... і автобус не міг продовжувати подорож ... .. Я маю на цій даті, щоб полетіти з аеропорту Варшава в 11:40 ворота закрити ... Так що я вийшов і взяв таксі до аеропорту .. .. Мені потрібна компенсація за оплату таксі ...

Very good

Overall the trip was very long and the bus was filled to maximum capacity. The ventilation+ air conditioning system had problems. It was sometimes too hot and then suddenly too cold. The ventilation sometimes turn on when there wasn't a need for it. It should be looked at by a qualified mechanic. But considering the technical problems, the drivers were very courteous and did their best to accommodate the needs of the passengers. They were the best part of the trip.
