The carrier refuses to board the bus to citizens of the Russian Federation and Belarus. A transfer is possible in case of a technical malfunction of the bus. Minor passengers (under 18 years of age) can travel only if accompanied by an adult. Crossing the state border is possible only with a valid biometric passport or a passport with a valid EU visa or residence permit! If the passenger does not have valid documents (including expired and renewed passports of Ukrainian citizens), the carrier will refuse to provide transportation services without refunding the ticket price. Luggage:
The ticket price includes the transportation of 1 piece of baggage not exceeding 30 kg, and hand luggage up to 5 kg with dimensions not larger than 60×40×20 cm. If the baggage exceeds any of these parameters, it is charged as additional. The cost of transporting an additional piece of baggage is 20% of the ticket price.
