Reservation without the possibility to choose a seat
There are 2 types of ticket reservations on the INFOBUS website:
When a person can choose a seat according to the bus schedule.
When there is no such option and you can only specify the number of passengers who will travel in this direction.
? If the first point does not raise any questions, the second one does.
What does the absence of a seat mean when creating a reservation?
1. The carrier does not provide INFOBUS with specific seats in the bus, but only a certain quota of seats, that is, if we can book any seat with some carriers, some offer only a certain number of seats on their flight.
2. The carrier's fleet includes vehicles of different passenger capacity. Depending on the number of tickets sold, the carrier decides which bus will go on a particular route.
3. The carrier provides a different number of seats to each of the ticketing channels. In 99% of cases, the distribution of seats among passengers occurs the day before the bus departs.
? Subject to the availability of a paid ticket, a passenger can find out his/her seat by contacting INFOBUS 1-3 hours before departure. If the customer does not express this desire, the seat will be announced by the driver or staff when boarding the bus.
Please note that if you buy a ticket without a specific seat on the bus, it is valid for travel. The carrier has no right to refuse you boarding.
