It was a comfortable, enjoyable journey from Sveti Vlas to Constanta
It's a reliable transport company, I was satisfied to reach my destination in tine. The confort it's not great, but I think it is compensated with good communication and welcoming attitude from the driver
It was really easy to find the boarding place. I received complete information before the trip on WhatsApp: bus number plate, how it looks, when starts the boarding.

Unfortunately we had to wait 130 min in customs. You can always check here: https://www.politiadefrontiera.ro/ro/traficonline/?vt=2&vw=2 and first choose "Camioane" and "Intrare" then look down in the list for Vama Veche.
Actually the list is for all of the borders, specifically in Vama Veche is only 1 way inbound/outbound which is used by buses and trucks. That's why you need to choose trucks ("Camioane").
I definitely recommend travelling with them!

The bus left with a delay of 3h30 and nobody to give explanation and visibility. It's just unacceptable.
We finally left at 17h30 instead of 14h00. Unfortunatly, the border between Bulgaria and Romania was full and we spent 6 hours to cross it.
We arrived at 3am in Constanta and the deiver let us with our 2 kids in the middle of nowhere in the night without taxi, nothing...
I have no word ! It's just scandalous.
Never take this company, they don't care about their passengers. Your money is their only interest.
