The trip was long, not according to the schedule, but due to the circumstances of the time. For my age (76) it is almost exhausting. The drivers were attentive and caring. Thank you.

We are very, very disappointed about the whole trip! The drivers were very impolite to the passengers, they did not take care of them at all, regardless of the fact that among the passengers were women with babies and small children. The arrival in Warsaw was 5 hours later than planned (14.30 p.m. instead of 10.10 a.m.), so we missed our flight to Berlin! We will never choose this company in the future, and we will tell our friends the whole truth recommending them to avoid this company when booking bus trips to Ukraine!

I was travelling from Zhytomyr (19:10) to Krakow (08:00). The bus came at 21:00, so it was 2 hours late. Than I should do a change in Lviv, bur originally bus was direct to Krakow without bus change. Because problems with chauffeurs of our bus, most of people had to cross the border on foot. The bus can’t cross the border because of chauffeurs. And they didn’t give us our money back. At 9:00 I was on the Polish side, but I can’t move by foot, only with a vehicle. So I should go by train, then pay for a taxi. I came to Krakow at 15:00!!! Instead of 09:00. I had a flight at 16:45. The wc in the bus didn’t works, there were no wifi and no rosette. Nobody recommend this bus and don’t believe in time at the timetable, you won’t be at the time.

I have never traveled with such a bad bus. The conservation, services, comfort was too bad

I was travelling from Warsaw to Kiev. I am Ukrainian citizen, and I was travelling with my Colombian husband to visit my family in Ukraine. Both of us live and work in France. Since there is the travel restrictions due to COVID-19, our flight was cancelled and we decided to take the bus, to be sure we will actually get to Ukraine. THIS COMPANY'S BUS DRIVER WAS THE WORST. First of all, he was very rude. He started yelling at my husband in Russian, not even realising that he is a foreigner. I am not exaggerating. He was very rude with me as well. I don't understand why to treat people like that, moreover without any reason. I will not recommend this company. I have been travelling with Ecolines before, and nothing like that ever happened. This time I decided to save 20 EUR on the ticket. And it was not worth it. The bus was ANCIENT. No Wi-Fi, no charger next to the seat, no air conditioning. No, most importantly, no ventilation. The driver turned on the heater at night, and never switched it off. By the morning everyone was melting. Uff. Bad experience.

Good drivers, very calm 10 hours on Ukrain border was very stressfull but everyfing was o.k.

We were in trip 6, 5 hours from Warszaw to the border with Ukraine. 6, 5 hours!!!! To long! !! Why.? We had just one stop for 15 min. Into the bus was strange small. Not nice. Heating was so strong, that we opened sunroof. Because driver can't fix it. Just driver was friendly. It is all what was good.
