  • Professional service from the carrier, I am satisfied. There was an 8 hour delay at the border. Apparently polish buses are driving to Belarus to refuel with diesel and causing delays.

  • The bus was good, the drivers were professional, we arrived safely. The bus doesn't have a working restroom, so stopping every four hours to use the restroom for 57 people significantly increased the travel time. Wi-Fi is practically nonexistent. The drivers didn't allow passengers to use the front door and were quite unfriendly. The ticket price was quite high compared to other carriers.
