The location is very confusing. First the digital ticket doesn't mention the bus platform number. Although there is a qr code showing the location of the departing point, the place wasn't a bus platform. I finally need to check the website of Maxbus to figure out the bus platform. The toilet on the bus was not working.

At booking we were promised to have wi fi and toilet on board. The wi fi was absent and the toilet was locked by the driver.

Instead of 2 hours of trip, the bus arrived to Krakow only after 4 hours,

The driver didn't speak English and he wasn't willing to understand us.

But the ticketing went smoothly and seats were quite comfortable

The bus left 1 minute before we get on to the bus. We were around and the bus driver didn't stop for us.

The trip was convenient. No significant problems were found from my point of view. Among the improvement fields I can mention no toilet in the bus (but it was a toilet stop) and 15 minutes late.

The bus was late and really slow

Le bus est arrive a l heure. Mais pas mal de personnes etaient debout dans le bus environ 8 . Niveau securite limite interdit en france et le chauffeur a pratique des arrets frequents et detour pour deposer des gens. Et en reprendre. Je trouve ca regrettable !!! Mauvaise experience .
