False advertising on website from Izmail to Chisinau airoport - on website you apparently pay the full amount, but once you get your printed ticket, in small letters it says you have to pay an extra 100hrivni. Good thing we had some hrivnas left over, because the bus driver doesn't have a card machine. Read all the small text, because that's how they catch you.
The bus is a 20 seater bus, not the bus that is on the photos. You do not have WiFi or any other amenities they mention there. You don't have any benefit in buying this online vs just going to the ticket office at the bus station.
The only good thing I can say is that InfoBus pm replies quickly to customer care. And the bus driver was nice. But the organisers of the website are advertising false information. I don't mind paying extra for the bus quality they are advertising. The price is cheap, but the lying is not okay!
