Over all it was a good experience. One of the drivers initially was not in a good mood, cuz he was informed that he had to work alone and he seemed to transfer that mood onto passengers. I was the one to get a piece of that when there was a misunderstanding in the amount of tickets I purchased. But the new drivers after the transfer in Lviv, going to Hdynia were the nicest guys.

The bus never came overnight. even customer support cannot contact. I have wasted tIme and energy at unsafe outside overnight! also lost bus ticket of connection which they didn't refund. compensate!
I booked a trip from Lviv to Pervomaisk with a transfer. The first bus was delayed for several hours with no updates provided. Customer support was unable to contact this bus company and told me to just keep waiting. After waiting outside from 10 PM to 5 AM, I finally gave up.
When I requested a full refund, customer support only offered a refund for the first leg of the journey, without any compensation. They refused to refund the second leg, claiming a "disorganized transfer" was not their responsibility—a policy not clearly stated on their website.
The customer did something wrong?
Be extremely cautious when booking a trip with a transfer. This service will not take responsibility for issues, and you risk losing both money and valuable time. My experience cost me hundreds of UAH and left me stranded overnight.

We want to explain that when booking tickets with an unorganized transfer, this information was clearly indicated both on our website and on the ticket itself. In particular, the website states:
“Possible deviations from the schedule due to traffic jams, road repairs, adverse weather conditions, customs delays (when crossing the state border), unforeseen vehicle malfunctions. These cases are considered force majeure, and carriers cannot influence these circumstances. Also, please note that the carrier is not responsible for delays on trips with unorganized transfers by the carrier.”
The first bus flight, which was international, was indeed delayed due to circumstances beyond the carrier's control, but since you did not take advantage of the trip and had to wait a long time, the carrier agreed to refund your money.The second ticket, which concerns another carrier and route, is not under the responsibility of the first one, and according to the refund policy of this carrier, the ticket is non-refundable less than 24 hours before departure.

The bus was already waiting and the driver was courteous. The seat was clean and the ride was smooth. They were very helpful at the border checkpoints. Online ticketing process was straightforward. Will ride with them again.
