We want to explain that when booking tickets with an unorganized transfer, this information was clearly indicated both on our website and on the ticket itself. In particular, the website states:

“Possible deviations from the schedule due to traffic jams, road repairs, adverse weather conditions, customs delays (when crossing the state border), unforeseen vehicle malfunctions. These cases are considered force majeure, and carriers cannot influence these circumstances. Also, please note that the carrier is not responsible for delays on trips with unorganized transfers by the carrier.”

The first bus flight, which was international, was indeed delayed due to circumstances beyond the carrier's control, but since you did not take advantage of the trip and had to wait a long time, the carrier agreed to refund your money.The second ticket, which concerns another carrier and route, is not under the responsibility of the first one, and according to the refund policy of this carrier, the ticket is non-refundable less than 24 hours before departure.

We contacted the carrier to clarify the circumstances. According to the information received, the bus did stop in Rzeszów, possibly with a slight delay (5–10 minutes).

Please note that your electronic ticket contains important information:

"VERY IMPORTANT!!! If you have doubts or are unsure whether you are at the correct departure location, or if you cannot find your carrier as indicated on the ticket, we strongly recommend that you contact the phone numbers provided in your ticket no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. If you are unable to reach them, please contact the Help Line immediately. Failure to follow these instructions is considered a passenger’s late arrival for boarding."
