I use Infobus service very often, but unfortunately, this particular journey was absolutely terrible.
The bus was late by over an hour, it arrived at the opposite side of the station in bay 11 instead of bay 3
When it did arrive there was a problem with the filter, so myself and all the passengers had to wait another hour and a half while an assortment of men tried to fix it.
The actual journey was prob the worst I've experienced in terms of comfort, but the worst thing was the lack of a working WC on board!
When we got to Poltava the bus stopped for, what I assumed to be a quick passenger stop off... But soon discovered it wa transfer to another much smaller, much hotter bus with no AC and certainly no WC.
This little mini-bus dropped me off very far from the Kharkiv destination I had booked and paid for...I missed a very important connection and also had no idea where I was.
A very bad experience!

First of all, no one told me nor it was written on the ticket that I have to change the bus at Uman. It was clear luck that I asked the driver about Niolaev, when he told me that I have to change the mini bus. Imagine I fell asleep, I would have finished in Harkov! I don't speak Ukrainian, just Russian a bit, just enough to understand the basics, no one there in the bus could English or any other language. It was a small buss, a van (no toilet inside). I can't remember was there internet, I think it was. The driver did made short WC breaks, and was stopping to pick up the guests on the way. Every 2 hours say the door opens, outside was -12°C, so cold. The drive was fast, the road was full of holes, bumping all the time. We arrived in Nikolaev at 5.30 instead of 8 o'clock, the station no one heard of (Oreon or so), everything was closed, dark. Again, it was not written in the ticket where the mini bus arrives, generally badly organized for someone who travels for the first time. I traveled with solders, one was drunken... Well, a trip to remember.
