  • Katastrofalni jizda NEKLIMATIZOVANYM autobusem v 30 stupnich.. Bylo to opravdu o zdravi. Dopravce vedel den predem, ze klima nejde. Toto je na vraceni casti penez. Pan ridic vse zvladl skvele, nabidl prestavku na beznince, ale z casovych duvodu jsme nevyuzili.

  • Bussi ei tulnud. Tund aega hiljem tuli sõnum ,et buss ei välju. Saatsin meili ja palusin saata uus pilet järgmisele bussile aga vastust ei tulnud. Järgmise bussi juht võttis siiski peale aga oli äärmiselt ebaviisakas. Ma ei kasuta enam kunagi seda teenust.

  • Bus driver was extremely rude and unpleasant towards me. The ticket i booked had the wrong station and it was too difficult to change it. When i spoke to someone on the phone they said they couldn't change it but i could wait at that station. When i tried to get on the driver started arguing with me about it not being the right station. It was very embarrassing. Very upset about this experience..
