It was just ok. They asked us to change the bus in Kovel without any written notice on our ticket. Horrible. No WIFI

Good trip overall. The driver pretty straightforward but also rude at the same time. The bus was old and dirty, where there is no room to seat for a person of an average height, when the seat in front of you is on reclined position.

The overall trip was good, except it was too hot in the bus. The bus driver was rude and unfriendly, as when I kindly asked to lower the heat in the bus he just loudly ridiculed my comment and ignored my request. I told him that I’ll be addressing the issue to the company to which he proudly said, “Go ahead, and complain.” As a reputable company you should not tolerate this kind of a behavior on behalf of your staff. Thank you for your consideration!

Unsuitable bus for traveling to long distance!

I was driving from Lutsk to Warsaw and I liked the bus. There was a lot of space, which was very convenient and I think the next time I'll be travelling this route I will drive on the bus of this company indeed.

I take this line always. it's typical ukrainian bus without wc. no problem because driver stop in servise station each 3 hours. i like this trip, for me its very pleasant.
