  • I was happy that there was such an affordable bus trip for me, the price is life saver. I had a magical trip around Poland and then Berlin so returning with the bus made my lovely trip a reality. I could also charge my phone and the sits were leaned back for greater comfort during longer journeys(8h). So that was very good. I recommend the bus for its price. However, the information was missing (buss number and platform), I couldn't get any real-time information about how much it was late, was I on right place? I wondered. I had to call the customer support, that was really stressful. I was going from Hamburg to Copenhagen and was going catch a train to travel 8h. So I worried alot. So did others who also called customer support. I going to arrive 1h 15 before my train, I arrived 2 min before my departure. Such a dreadful experience! So the company, get an app, copy Flixbuss no needs to reinvent the wheel. Otherwise thanks for being there, I appreciate the services you offered.

  • The only confusing thing was waiting at the berlin bus station without knowing where the bus comes from, so I could not know what happens on the table board, I had to ask at the office. It could be useful if you add the route in details on your site.
