  • I was very disappointed with my experience on the Polish train. I had purchased tickets, but I accidentally bought a child ticket because I didn’t know that my child was not eligible for this discount because we do not live in Poland. I immediately asked the conductor if I could simply pay the difference in price, but I was refused and was required to pay the full fare. I feel this was unfair, as it was an honest mistake and not an attempt to travel without a valid ticket.
