    Absolutely amazing! Convenient from city center to city center, extremely comfortable seats, pleasant atmosphere... It was so hard not to fall asleep!!! The staff was incredibly nice and all the other passengers super kind. The only disadvantage was that there was no toilet on the bus. They made indeed a toilet break at the border, but those were horrible eco toiles somewhere in the field, with no light and poor hygiene. On the other hand, they had to stop for border control anyway, so I understand why they didn't want a separate toilet break. Maybe they could consider making an extra toilet break at a gas station. But all in all, amazing trip! Thank you so much!

    Tha bus never came. I called rhe phone provided on the ticket. A very guy answered and hung up. I called 7 more times. On the 7th time he answered and said. "Stop calling me. Only call call call"

    If it is my understanding he should answer clients and give proper info. Really really dissapointed. I feel i got scammed by you. I will be expecting a refund as i was forced to use anothe mode of transport.Never ever again will i try to use tour service and will make sure to let everybody know just how unreliable you are.

    We wasted two and a half hours waiting for the bus and were forced to choose another mode of transport. According to taxi drivers near the cathedral, this bus is always several hours late, so maybe it's time to update the schedule instead of wasting passengers' time.

    The one thing I would suggest is having a sign at the gas station to let people know they are in the right place. Other than that the whole experience went very smooth

    Very nice, very smooth. Coach had great air conditioning, and wifi was very fast. Schedule was kept very well, and we arrived at required stops fairly on time, with some leeway. Recommend.

    This was indeed a very unpleasant situation, as when a bus does not arrive and the trip is disrupted, it always causes disappointment and ruins further plans.

    We contacted the carrier to clarify the information regarding the trip. The carrier informed us that since the route starts in Odesa, there were delays at the border, which caused the bus to be late.

    Unfortunately, we were not informed about this, so we were unable to notify you in time.

    The carrier confirmed the refund. Your ticket has been canceled, and the funds have been returned to the bank card used for the payment.

    The time for the funds to be credited depends on your bank, but it usually takes up to 5 business days.
