Bus ride was extremely comfortable (especially after some of the other bus rides we had in Ukraine :-), and convenient. Departure and arrival punctual.
The perfect bus: seats spacious and with plenty of leg room, mobile charging connections, etc. Driver very friendly and helpful.

The bus was dirty and smelly and not a nice place to sit for so many hours. The price would have been acceptable if they had spent some of the money on cleaning.

Pretty good, just please provide better instructions on getting on the bus in Suceava (bust stop next to Avrora shop) .
