Due to delays at passport control , my elderly mother was left behind at the Belarusian border control on her own. Later, she was made pay full ticket price to get on to next bus to Minsk. Unacceptable and completely unprofessional behavior of your drivers and your company!!

The bus has no toilet, power outlets, or Wi-Fi. The bus driver did not make announcements in English. There was a very long wait at the Poland/Belarus border. As a result, the entire journey took 19.5 hours instead of 11.5 hours.

There is no toilet, and Wi-Fi is only available within Belarus

Seat 1 isn’t in the front row but in the second, seats are uncomfortable, drivers aren’t polite, we arrived in Minsk 2 hours late the bus didn’t have a toilet nor power sockets, only USB ports. But yeah, it will get you from A to B
