I bought a ticket from minsk to warsaw online but apparently the border crossing from belarus to poland is only for belarusian and eu passport holders. Me with a macedonian passport was not allowed to board the bus. had to buy a different ticket and go to vilnius instead of warsaw. driver told me that first and foremost i shouldn't have been able to even buy the ticket. I messaged on viber in regards to refund of the ticket told me they will get back to me, today is 2nd day and still heard nothing.

It was an excellent journey. The driver was professional and polite. The bus was clean. We had enough stops. The bus arrived late by an hour only, which is due to the border and this is normally considered as acceptable
