  • The bus was quite new and comfortable. The driver was friendly. There were some minor issues: wifi wasn't properly working (ecolines is much better) and seat wasn't sliding to side to provide more space

  • Uncomfortable seat felt like there were metal plates under the seat cushion, the back of the seat was constantly reclining I guess it was broken. The bus was hot and stuffy even though the trip was overnight. No WiFi, bus driver hardly made any announcements. There was no information provided why the bus was so delayed at the border. Would refrain from travelling by this company in the future.
