The trip was quite comfortable leaded by the friendly and helpful drivers. Thank you, Minsktrans!

Bus driver stoped at duty free between the borders for 1 hour(!), and that’s why we were more than an hour late to arrive to Minsk. I missed my last train from Minsk, because bus driver wanted to make a commission on what passengers buy at their duty free shop.

The best part was that the Mr Driver had a thorough understanding of the details of the different parts of our trip and his sincere desire and competencies to get everyone to the destination. It was a heart warming experience and a smooth process all way through.

The bus in Vilnius bus station was about 25 minutes late. I also noticed that the platform number was not written on the ticket, which caused a lot of discomfort. Please send on mobile or email notification when the bus is delayed, because it was very cold to wait outside and rush to go to the bus to not late, was unnecessary! Pay attention that vilnius bus station is closed at night, and waiting 30 minutes in the cold is too much

The bus doesn’t stop where it says

It go out from the central bus station in Riga (Riga coach station and not Lastādijas iela) because it wasn’t clear I lost my flight and add to pay 100€ more

They didn’t even want to refund me for the trip (I’m not even talking about compensation)

Very bad experience

Book with flix bus or lux express their services is much better and friendly
