Overall, everything is good. The drivers are responsive and polite. The bus is generally fine; the overhead light wasn’t working, but it’s not a major issue.
The only thing is that the air conditioning was blowing very strongly, even though everything above was turned off. At times it was very cold.

Cold upstairs (upper floor), all customers are freezing overnight , no toilet paper on site, free bottle of water is provided, but no toilet paper, toilet needed to be refurbished and Betty cleaned , otherwise is sounds like reliable bus service
