Unerklärte Verschiebung der Abfahrt um 1 1/2h und des Abfahrtsorts, angekündigt durch email weniger als 24h vor ursprünglicher Abfahrt; Androhung von kostenpflichtiger Gepäckmitnahme (dann aber nicht exekutiert), Auskunft nur per Notfalltelefonnummer, App wenig hilfreich, interne KI gibt zB an, dass Abfahrt in der Vergangenheit liegt; Fahrt an sich aber gut geklappt und pünktlich, deutlich kürzere Fahrt als angekündigt

Unfortunately, I was unable to evaluate the quality of the service because my plans changed and I asked to move my ticket to another date. My request was denied, and it was neither possible to get a refund nor exchange the ticket. Please keep this policy in mind when booking.

Great shuttle from Austria to Slovenia. Departed on time, arrived on time. Kudos to driver Nemanja.

Everything was as agreed. The driver arrived punctually and drove me safely to my destination. I recommend!

Sharede vehicles mens you don't neccesary arrive on time, and the complete route isn't available until the day before. The prices can be very high and in my opinion not worth arriving so late. The vehicle itself and driver were nice though.

I had a great trip with Anita. Very friendly and helpful + she drives very safe. I would definitely travel again with Go Opti.
