The operator made sure in advance that I was getting on the bus. The trip went quickly, we left on schedule and arrived ahead of time.

Passengers were not sitting in their seats. I approached the driver and the director of the company, they started shouting at me and threatening to call the police. Then another driver vacated my seat and I sat in my seat as I had bought the ticket. Luggage!: I arrived home to find that the chocolate I bought for my nephews had been eaten and whoever did it had left the chocolate wrappers in the suitcase.

Пассажиры сидели не по своим местам. Подошла к водителю и директору компании, они начали орать на меня и угрожать что вызовут за мной полицию. Потом другой водитель освободил мое место и я села на свое место как и покупала билет. Багаж!: приехала домой и обнаружила что шоколад который я покупала племянникам был съеден и тот кто это сделал оставил обертки в чемодане.

I could not have asked for a kinder, friendlier and caring journey!

In the midst of air raids, the company arranged a pick up from Kremenets to Lutsk, so I can join the coach. There were very considerate stops to use facilities throughout the journey and very friendly drivers.

Thank you for bringing me safely to my destination— and 1 hour early, which enabled me to change my flight to a much earlier one.
