The trip was horrible, I was travelling from Warsaw to Lutsk on 22February 2018, my bus didn't come at all, and nobody warmed me. I had to wait for 4 hours at the station and nobody told me why my bus wouldn't come. At the end I had to take another bus and pay for it.
I will never take again this bus company, it's a completly fake, don't recommend to anyone.
