    Good day,

    I booked a ticket from Rome Tiburtina to Lviv that was meant to leave on the 24th August by 12:00 with ticket number 2298626. I got to the station by 11:00 and I started calling the numbers on the ticket but none of them was connecting. I waited for 5 hours at the station but the bus never arrived. I asked the information centre and they said they were expecting any buses to Lviv on that day. I would like to request a refund or change of the at the very least.
