Poor service by INFOBUS, ticket came without proper information of carrier and line number. Bus and the carrier did well. Second, connecting bus never showed up.
Bus is very not comfortable!
Totally bad.The bus doesn't exist.We can't get to the bus and have to order any one after 3hours.

The car is not very luxurious, but it is cost-effective, can be charged, has air conditioning, and will stop at many service areas along the way for passengers to use the bathroom. It's pretty good.
Bought a 23:30 ticket Warsaw - Bialystok. At 24:00 got news that bus had a hard time on ukraine-polish border and will arrive with about 2 hours delay. At 01:50 Infobus support still had no idea where is the bus and could not reach the driver. I was told to wait. At ~02:30 me and other people waiting decided to buy a Flixbus for 03:35. I was still wondering if the Infobus will arrive, but it had not and I left on a Flixbus(with other waiting passengers). I know that you can't control the border. But you can figure out how to stay in contact with your drivers and partners. I could react earlier and buy another ticket. P.S.: Hope people from Kharkiv got to their destinations safe. Slava Ukraini.
