Good service
On my two trips I drive on four different busses. Each bus with its pluses and minuses.
Notice also that I’m not Ukrainian speaking, so some issues might be better in Ukrainian, but I assume you also want international travelers.
I find the following things to be important and on some of the buses it wasn’t good:
It has to be visibly clear that this is the bus I’m going on. On some busses destination and company name weren’t visible. On the bus from Warsaw, my only indicator was the name on the driver’s t-shirt as it said Pavluks.
Code for Wi-Fi should clearly be shown on the bus.
As a none Ukrainian speaker I didn’t understand any of the messages on the bus. I just did what everyone else did. Perhaps have a recording in English that the driver can also play on the loudspeaker? One for: “we stop for a 15 minutes break” “We have to change bus” “we are on the border please find your passports”. Something like that.
A decent and comfortable bus service that's very cheap and affordable for long-distance travels between cities.

The ride was comfortable and on time. There was no toilet in the bus, but the driver stopped often enough so that the passengers could use a restroom at gas stations and walk a little. It was a bit too warm in the bus. I would travel with this bus again.

Unfortunately, there are situations when we receive information about a trip cancellation not from the carrier, but from our customers.
The carrier has confirmed the cancellation of the trip, and so your money will be returned to the card from which the payment was made.
