I bought a ticket on the following bus 13 January.

However, I got following messages to my Viner account one day before departure.

So I tried refund the ticket many times before the departure time by clicking the “refund” on an email I got from booking@bussystem.eu but I couldn’t. Every time I clicked it, I got message saying” deletion ticket error”.
I was forced to come to Liviv by other method. My ticket should be refunded. Please kindly tell me how I can get refunded. Thank you very much.

Very bad service. After 6 hours of waiting at the border between Poland and Ukraine, the driver forced all passengers to leave the bus with their luggage and went back without any explanation. We stood on the street, before the Ukrainian customs for two hours. Afterward we complained with the polish border guards and they called Eurolines company. After half an hour the same bus came back, led by the same driver: so we were able to continue our trip. In Lviv I was told to change bus, in order to go to Khmelnytskyi, my final destination. The route was changed without any notice: I arrived at the final destination 4 hours later than the scheduled time, tired and stressed as well. It was simple horrible.
We are sincerely sorry that this happened. However, unfortunately, as a carrier, we cannot influence the queues at customs.
The best buses! Very comfortable, the toilet and chargers worked and the route was in time.

I've enjoyed my trip, very comfortable bus with good drivers! Also it was first time without humiliation at the Polish Ukrainian border we didn't have to leave with all our baggage and wait outside in the cold first time human conditions on the border. Thank you drivers or to the company for choosing the right border!!!
I'm always try to use EastWest because , I thought it is most comfortable, but now a bus got at least 12cm less for legroom. I didn't expect such uncomfortable conditions.
Info us should inform while booking about legroom available or offer refund when drive is not as expected

Terrible service! First of all, why wasn’t it specified anywhere that the trip from Odessa to Prague included a transfer in Lviv? There was also no information about which platform the bus would depart from, or that this was actually a route to Germany.
Secondly, I had a heavy suitcase, and when boarding in Lviv, the driver said: “You have two hands, so free your other one and lift your suitcase into the overhead compartment.” What kind of attitude towards passengers is that?
The same thing happened when getting off — I had to take my suitcase down from the overhead compartment by myself. This is the first time I’ve encountered such rudeness. I would never recommend this driver to anyone!
It was the best ride in my life! Stuff was so friendly and helpful. The fact that the driver was staying with everyone at the border and helping instead of sitting in a warm bus was incredible!
