I bought a ticket on the following bus 13 January.

However, I got following messages to my Viner account one day before departure.

So I tried refund the ticket many times before the departure time by clicking the “refund” on an email I got from [email protected] but I couldn’t. Every time I clicked it, I got message saying” deletion ticket error”.
I was forced to come to Liviv by other method. My ticket should be refunded. Please kindly tell me how I can get refunded. Thank you very much.
