  • I have only good things to say about this driver and this transport company. The driver was very patient and next time I'll travel through Poland to Ukraine I'll take this company for traveling.

    Uman' - Kraków

  • Unacceptable and discriminatory experience with Avtokombinat-1 (booked via INFOBUS). We booked tickets from Suceava to Chernivtsi (connecting to Uman) well in advance. We arrived on time at the designated pickup location with valid, confirmed tickets. However, as Israeli citizens, the driver flatly refused to let us board the minibus. He simply abandoned us on the street without any valid justification, likely to avoid passport checks for foreign passengers at the border. Because of this outrageous refusal, we had to rush independently to the border, cross on foot, and pay an extra $100 for private transport to reach Chernivtsi just to avoid missing our connecting bus. Leaving paying passengers stranded with valid tickets is completely unacceptable. Highly unprofessional carrier—avoid at all costs!

  • Poor service by INFOBUS, ticket came without proper information of carrier and line number. Bus and the carrier did well. Second, connecting bus never showed up.
