Hello, the drivers were polite, which is probably the only positive. It was unbearably stuffy on the bus, and the toilet didn't work, even enough to wash up without passing out. You should warn them.

It was a comfortable journey sadly as it says they have wifi when i changed busses the next toco bus i hoped on i was told rather rudly there was no wifi even though on the but it stated they had wifi which i relied on entering a different country i was unable to contact my friend who was picking me up because the bus driver did not give out the password

I’m definitely not recommending this bus, it was awful trip, bus was horrible.

I have used this Tocobus twice. The first time they forgot to notify me of cancellation of the bus. It was last year and at midnight I was waiting with my eight-year boy for two hours and paid twice to get another bus.

My second time was two days ago. This time communication was fast and efficient through WhatsApp but they changed pickup place one day before the trip. Then my flight was delayed and I was late for 10 minutes to catch this bus because the driver told me he had a schedule and he wouldn’t be able to wait for us. And again I had to pay to get another bus .

It wasn't a comfortable journey. On a bus station, information about the bus was absent, so I had to ask the driver through Viber when they would arrive. The seats in the bus very narrow and put close together. The AC are either too strong or too weak. Arrived pretty fast. But overall I wouldn't use this company again

Waited so long in the immigration line in Poland. Due to the bus it was so long. Also poor service. Didnt like it anyway.
