Bus arrived at 6-40am instead of 3-25am. It cost me £120 for the new ticket as check in for my flight closes at 6-40am.

OK, arrived to the destination only with acceptable 2 hour delay.

Bus is OK,not much difference from others companies buses.

Personal is terrible, ignored people who is absolutely unreasonable and rude.

Absolutely trustless company can't plan a journey with them.

I had very stressful trip to Ukraine. Drivers tried to blame boarder delays but it was their fault in not coming at the time that been showed in the ticket.

I arrived two and half hours later.

The bus was really comfortable, but it's not possible to be in time for the plane at the airport of Krakow. Yes, you will tell me that it's not a fault of the transporter that the Poland-Ukrainian border is overloaded, BUT it was a real problem that transporter does give 2 hours delay to cross the border which is completely false and thus make people to do a mistake while choosing a right bus trip. Put 6 hours or even 8 to be sure!! It's better to be in advance while choosing the right trip, than to ask other bus in front to take you ant pay additional money.

Absolutelz horrible..... the bus was dirty..... not frieddlz personal...... I was coming in Kiev not at 14.40 !!!!!!! I was in Kiev at 23.40!!!!!!!!!!!

The trip was long and it was not clear that we were supposed to change the bus in Lviv. This was super uncomfortable since many people were already upset and sittet on random places on the other bus in Lviv. The bus were old and the chargers and AC was not working.

According to the schedule, the bus should be in Ivano-Frankivsk in 10am. However, the driver asked to change to another bus in Lviv, and this second bus stayed in Lviv until the driver found full bus of people. As as result, I arrived in Ivano-Frankivsk 5pm, that is, 7 hours late.

There is nothing i can say in a bad way. Bus was clean, driver very friendly and i felt comfortable. Thank you... thumb up
